Life can be a bit of a struggle sometimes can't it? Most of us do find it a test to some extent! Sorting out feeding the family is a constant daily battle, that was always occupying my daily thoughts! I dreaded having to start to cook after a hard days work!

Then my prayers were answered I got a present for Christmas last year, a Hamilton Beach programmable slow cooker. I didn't see it when I got the slow cooker at the time just how much it was going to save me in time and headaches!
I tried the Hamilton Beach out one day of the Christmas holidays. As I was dishing up the food I realized just how simple and hands off using it was. I realized that this was the answer to my prayers for work days cooking!
Coming home to a lovely tasting meal that is ready for everyone to eat is just great. I program it to get cooking pop the ingredients in and the slow cooker does the rest!
You would think that there are only limited things that can be cooked in a crock pot, not so. I have developed a large amount of suitable foods that we can cook in it. Even roasted meat is great tasting! Even better than the oven actually.
Just simply pop your chicken or joint into the slow cooker and program it to start. When the cooking is complete you are left with tasty and moist meat that cuts like a knife through butter.
